CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS WITH DANISH

Your Responsibilities will be:

• To handle all incoming Customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, in order to assure Customer satisfaction connected
• To provide support and help to customers about company's products over toll free company telephone lines
• To communicate with engineers and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons.


Main Requirements:

• Very good command of FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:
ENGLISH
DANISH
• Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or Internet
• Working knowledge of PCs, some MS Office skills
• Some experience in service sector or in call center will be great plus
